1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only offer returns or refunds in the following specific cases:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the item arrives broken or has manufacturing defects.

Wrong Product Received: If you receive the incorrect size, color, or a completely different item from what you ordered.

Product Not Delivered: If the tracking information shows the item was never delivered after the estimated shipping period.
2. Evidence Requirements
To process a refund or a free replacement (resend), you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. You are required to provide:

A clear photo and video showing the defect or the wrong item received.

A photo of the Shipping Label on the package showing the tracking number clearly.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the product after receiving it.

Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout.

Wrong Size Selected: If the customer selects the wrong size or variant at the time of purchase.
4. Return Shipping
Due to the high cost of international shipping, in most valid cases (damaged or wrong item), you do not need to ship the product back to us. Once your claim is verified with photo/video evidence, we will:

Resend a brand-new item to you at no extra cost, OR

Issue a Full Refund to your original payment method.
